Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Dalform AB (reg. no. 556753-0992) is the data controller and thus responsible for ensuring that the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Supplementary Data Protection Act. This privacy policy is general and also applies to digital channels (e.g. website and social media).

What personal data do we collect and from where?

We only collect your personal data to the extent necessary, as described in the section below. For example, we collect information about you when you request a quote, place an order, sign up for our newsletter or apply for employment with us. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or contact forms, give us feedback and if you contact us.

Why do we collect and process personal data about you?

We collect and process your personal data for the purposes set out below:
To enable us to contact you, communicate with you and provide the products or services you have ordered.
To communicate and administer information and marketing activities such as newsletters, offers, etc.
For marketing purposes, marketing via mail, email, phone calls and social media. You can opt out of mailings via a link in each separate mailing.

Transfer of your personal data

In order for Dalform to be able to fulfill the obligations we have towards you as a contact person, data may be transferred to third parties who act as personal data assistants to Dalform. These parties provide, among other things, data support, e-mail and cloud storage services, analytical services and transportation services for ordered products.

The performance of these services may mean that Dalform’s partners, both within the EU/EEA and outside the EU/EEA, have access to certain personal data. How long will your data be stored?

Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy policy. Thereafter, all personal data will be deleted except where the personal data must be retained by law or to fulfill the rights or obligations of either party.

  • Dalform keeps records that constitute accounting information under the applicable accounting rules

What are your rights?

  • You have the right to access the personal data we process. This means that you can request information about what personal data is stored by us, the purposes of processing this personal data and information about where this personal data has been obtained.
  • If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask for it to be corrected.
  • In some cases, you have the right to have your data deleted, for example if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • You have the right to demand that Dalform’s processing of your personal data be restricted in certain cases, for example if you have objected to the processing of your personal data that is carried out after a balancing of interests. Even during the time it is checked whether our reasons outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, the processing of your personal data may be restricted.
  • You have the right to withdraw or change the consents you have given us at any time.
  • Under certain circumstances, you can obtain and have certain personal data transferred in an electronic format, in some cases even to another controller (data portability).
